REQUEST FOR BIDS PREFABRICATED PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE The Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority, a Public Corporation in the State of West Virginia, is seeking sealed bids for a single span 80′ x 8′ clear span pedestrian bridge. Designed to either AASHTO or IBC requirements. Minimum design load of 8,000 lbs. Bridge to be delivered to installation site in Man West Virginia and installed by Owner. Those interested in bidding can pick up a copy of the bid documents at the Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority Office located at 180 Appalachian Outpost Trail, Man West Virginia or request a copy of the bid documents be emailed to them by email request to Kayla Badgett at [email protected]. The bidder must be qualified to provide the bridge and make delivery within 180 days of the bid award date. Sealed bids will be accepted by the Authority until 11 AM on Wednesday April 24, 2024. Bids will be opened on April 24, 2024, at noon at the Administrative Office located at 180 Appalachian Outpost Trail, Man, West Virginia.
