AMENDED ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of above-styled civil action is for a declaratory judgment in Plaintiff to a parcel of real estate situate in Dunbar Tax District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, more particularly bound and described as follows: 1. All that certain tract or place or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, described as Lot 12 of Sanders Addition to the City of Dunbar, Dunbar Tax District, Kanawha County, West Virginia which said deed is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia in Deed Book 2501 at page 972; It is therefore ORDERED that the above-named Defendants, together with any persons holding or claiming interest in the above-described estate serve upon John E. Dorsey, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 407 Pennsylvania Avenue, Charleston, WV 25302, on or before May 10, 2024, an answer to the complaint herein filed, otherwise, judgment by default may be taken against the Defendants and said unknown parties at any time thereafter.
