AMENDED ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of above-styled civil action is to Quiet Title in Plaintiffs to a parcel of real estate situate in Charleston North District of Kanawha County, West Virginia more particularly bound and described as follows: All that certain tract or place or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, being 9403 square feet tract, all of Lot 14 and parts of Lots 15, 16 and 17 of Block 9 of Armor Plate Addition. Part of tax parcel 110, Tax Map 49, City of Charleston, Charleston North Tax District, Kanawha County, West Virginia and which said parcel is more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a 51/3-inch rebar set on the southeasterly corner of Lot 17; also a point on the original line of Armor Plate Addition and on the line of Cortoman, Inc.; thence running northeasterly long the easterly side of Lot 17 N 35DEGREES 16’41” E for 91.89 feet to a 51/3-inch rebar set on the original line of the Lot 17; thence running northwesterly through the Lots 17, 16 and 15 N 44DEGREES 04’11” W 79.92 feet to a 51/3-inch rebar west on the northerly line of Lot 15, also on the row of the 10 foot alley; thence running southwesterly along the said S 72DEGREES 30’56” W for 91.20 feet to a 51/3-inch rebar set on the westerly corner of Lot 14; thence running southeasterly along the southerly sides of Lots 14, 15, 16 and 17 S 40DEGREES 16′ 07″ E for 138.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing 9403 square feet, more or less; And being all of the same property conveyed to James Warren Facemyer with reservation of Life Estate in Jeanne Facemyer and Leo Facemyer by deed dated August 30, 2012 of office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia Deed Book 2830, at page 709 in the Kanawha County Clerk’s Office. It is therefore ORDERED that the above-named Defendants, together with any persons holding or claiming interest in the above-described estate serve upon John E. Dorsey, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 407 Pennsylvania Avenue, Charleston, WV 25302, on or before May 10, 2024, an answer to the complaint herein filed, otherwise, judgment by default may be taken against the Defendants and said unknown parties at any time thereafter.
