APN 08-004C-0043- 0001 Being the same Property Conveyed to Alfred Lemieux and Minnie Lemieux, his wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship by deed from Jonathan D. Beckett and Kathryn E. Beckett his wife recorded 07/25/1990 in Deed Book 925 Page 192, in the Clerk`s Office of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia. The aforesaid property is SUBJECT TO any and all easements, rights-of-way, conditions, covenants and restrictions of record or in existence.
