CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR) SERVICES FOR COMMUNITY ACTION COMMITTEE OF PIKE COUNTY BAILEY SQUARE WELLNESS CAMPUS The Community Action Committee of Pike County (CAC) is seeking a construction manager at risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction services for a Wellness Campus in Waverly, Ohio. The selected CMAR will need to coordinate their services and work with CAC and their selected architectural firm for the Project, OHM Advisors, during both the preconstruction and construction phases of the Project. CAC is soliciting the submittal of proposals from firms that provide CMAR services and have a proven track record of performing as a CMAR on projects similar to the Project.
