K.F. born on or about 111/891/4009 in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, to mother, A. B. K. Notice is hereby given that a verified Petition of Adoption was filed in Kanawha County Circuit Court on said child, which will request that the father’s parental rights be terminated. You are notified your rights may be terminated in the proceeding and you may appear and defend your rights within thirty (30) days from the first publication of this notice. You are also notified that your parental rights will be likewise simultaneously terminated in Kanawha County Abuse Case 21-JA-252. If you fail to respond within the required time after this notice, you may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings. The Court presiding over this matter is the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, Kanawha County Courthouse, Charleston, WV. Response shall be made to the clerk below.
