Request for Qualifications Turnkey Solution for Biosolids Management Treatment and Revenue avings The Huntington Sanitary Board solicits qualifications from “qualified providers” that describe their capability to identify, design, install, maintain, monitor, and arrange financing of comprehensive energy and operational efficiency programs for the Huntington Wastewater Treatment Plant. For the purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), “Qualified provider” means a person, firm or corporation experienced in the design, implementation, and installation of energy-conservation measures. Qualified providers represent any Energy Services Company or other firm or combination of firms that is qualified to provide a turn-key performance guaranteed energy and operational efficiency program that would include the services listed in the RFQ documents. Qualified providers interested in providing the specified services should 1) contact Brian Bracey, Executive Director, Huntington Water Quality Board, to request RFQ documents and 2) respond with a written proposal to the HSB by the date specified. The HSB intends to select the most qualified firm(s) to perform the stated objectives in accordance with the policies of the HSB and applicable provisions of the West Virginia State Code. Please note that responses to the RFQ must be received on or before Wednesday, May 22, 2024, no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
