NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING The Commissioners of Union Public Service District, a public utility, Kanawha County, West Virginia, will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, January 22, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., at the District’s Business Office located at 5110 W. Washing Street, Cross Lanes, West Virginia, 25356. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and take certain action with regard to the execution of the Certificates of Substantial Completion for the District’s current sewer project.
