NOTICE RDER OF PUBLICATION THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS QUIET TITLE TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS: It appearing, by an affidavit filed in this action, that the whereabouts of the Defendant, Estate of Gail Tweel, Robin Stewart or any unknown heirs or parties claiming interest in 4020 Waverly Road, Huntington, West Virginia is unknown. It is ordered that the Defendant, do serve upon Ryan Turner, Esq., Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 741 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701, an Answer, including any related counter claim of defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before May 8, 2024. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. Further, a final hearing regarding the Plaintiff’s Complaint for Declaratory Judgment and Quite Title is scheduled before the Honorable Judge James H. Young, Jr. on the 16th day of May 2024 at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible at the Wayne County Courthouse, Wayne, West Virginia.
