ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above action is to declare by Order, pursuant W.Va. R. Civ. P. 57 and W.Va. Code 55-13-1 et. seq., correction onfirmation of a title issue regarding certain real estate. It appears by an affidavit filed in this action that service upon the respondent, Clifford Adkins, was aattempted twice by the Sheriff of Cabell County, West Virginia, and the respondent was not found. It is hereby ORDERED that the Cliffford Adkins serve upon Michael J. Woelfel, Circuit Clerk, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701, and Ryan H. Keesee, Esq., at 1581 Main Street, Suite 200, Warrington, PA 18976, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before Thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Allied Mortgage Capital Corporation at any time thereafter.
