Code 5G-1-3, the Lewis County Board of Education is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified design professions to provide Architectural ngineering Services for Renovation Projects that include design and construction phase administration for the following projects: HVAC Replacement at Lewis County High School (NEEDS 2023), Skylight Replacement and Roof repairs at Roanoke Elementary School (MIP 2023), Partial HVAC Replacement at Peterson-Central Elementary School (MIP 2024) Qualified firms are invited to contact Melissa Mace, Director of Facility at ([email protected] or 304-269-8300) at the Lewis County Board of Education Office to obtain a copy of the Statement of Qualification and submission requirements. The Owner reserves the right to award the Architectural ngineering Services to one firm or multiple firms. Statements of Qualification must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time on May 8, 2024, at the Administrative Office of Lewis County Schools, 239 Court Avenue, Weston, WV 26452. In accordance with the requirements of WV Code 5G-1-3, these statements will be evaluated, and the county will conduct discussions nterview with at least three firms which are deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required.
