JOSH CHANEY, individually and As Managing Member for Auto Correct LLC; AUTO CORRECT LLC, a West Virginia Corporation; MAKO COLLISION AND PAINT LLC, doing business as Mako Collision Repair, a West Virginia Corporation, DEFENDANTS. ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-styled civil action is a claim by Plaintiff against Defendants regarding unpaid rents and taxes incurred by Defendants under a lease agreement with Plaintiff at 6124 MacCorkle Avenue, S.W., St. Albans, West Virginia 25177. And appearing by Affidavit filed in the action that the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the Defendants, Josh Chaney, individually and as Managing Member of Auto Correct LLC and Auto Correct LLC without effect. W.Va, R. Civ. Pro. 4(e)(1)(c). It is ordered that Defendants Josh Chaney, individually and as Managing Member of Auto Correct LLC and Auto Correct LLC, do serve upon Plaintiff, Bodyworks Holdings LLC, any defense they have to the Complaint filed in this action on or before May 31, 2024. If they fail to do so, upon proper Hearing and Trial, judgment may be taken against them for relief demanded in the Complaint.
