THE SANITARY BOARD OF THE CITY OF CHARLESTON, WEST VIRGINIA, KANAWHA COUNTY, WEST VIRGININA FYE 2025 PIPE LINING CONTRACT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the FYE 2025 Pipe Lining Contract will be received by The Sanitary Board of the City of Charleston, West Virginia (CSB) at their offices located at 208 26th Street W, Charleston, WV 25387, or via electronic mail until 10:00 a.m., local time, Thursday, May 30, 2024. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Any Bids received after the above time and date will be returned unopened to the Bidder. No conditional Bids will be accepted. Bids when submitted must be enclosed in sealed envelope, and the envelope must have written plainly on it the name and address of the Bidder and the Contract to which it refers. The envelope shall be securely sealed and addressed to the CSB as follows: The Sanitary Board of the City of Charleston 208 26th Street, West Charleston, WV 25387-1818 Attn: Jacob Daley, PE Bidders may submit their Bids by registered mail provided the above requirements are properly met and the Bids are received by the CSB before the time set for the opening of Bids. Each Bid submitted must include the Bid Form, Contractor Questionnaire, Noncollusion Affidavit, and Drug Free Workplace Conformance Affidavit, as well as all other necessary documents. Bids submitted via electronic mail (e-mail) must be time stamped (sent) and received by the CSB prior to the scheduled opening of Bids. The CSB shall monitor electronic communications up to the set Bid opening time; Bids received after this time shall be considered unresponsive, and the Bidder will be notified as such via electronic mail. This Project consists of providing materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete various cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining activities consisting generally of pre-lining cleaning and television observation, installation of a CIPP lining system, post-lining television observation, reconnection of sewer laterals, and certification. The location, layout, depths, and other required information to conduct the Work are provided within the Project Documents. Work under this Contract will commence in July 2024 upon issuance of a written “Notice to Proceed”. NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned Campbell Woods, PLLC, Substitute Trustee by Notice of Substitution of Trustee which notice is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Commission of Cabell West Virginia, and by Deed of Trust dated November 14,2005, executed by David W. Marshall and Judy C Marshall to Richard A Pill, Trustee, which deed of trust is of record in the Office of the Clerk of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 2047 at Page 524, the undersigned Substitute Trustee has been requested, in writing, by the beneficiary of said deed of trust to sell the real estate described below, as there has been a default under the terms and conditions of said deed of trust.
