Neither dating of proposal form nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Proposal form must be received on or before date and time stated. Contractors must comply with all bidding requirements and conditions set forth in the proposal. Proposal documents may be obtained from the Raleigh County Board of Education, Purchasing Department, 2001 South Kanawha Street, Beckley WV 25801 or can be downloaded and printed from Purchasing Department-RFP section of Raleigh County Board of Education website. All requests for hard copies of the Proposal Documents shall be made to the Purchasing Director no later than five days prior to bid open date. Failure to comply will preclude the issuance of Proposal Documents requested. NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned Joel P. Jones, Jr., Substitute Trustee by Notice of Substitution of Trustee, which notice is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, and by Deed of Trust dated 27 June 2019, executed by June Clary aka June Louise Clary to James C.
