SUMMERS COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL Summers County Comprehensive High School (CTE Building) Roof Replacement f%] Restoration NOTICE TO ARCHITECTS Pursuant to West Virginia Code 5G-1-3, the Summers County Board of Education will be selecting a qualified firm to provide architectural and engineering services through this qualifications-based selection process. Project: EPDM Membrane Roof Replacement estoration at Summers County Comprehensive High School (CTE Building) 37 Bobcat Drive Hinton, WV 25951 The roofing project will consist of replacing/jrestoring approximately 21,000 square feet of EPDM Membrane roofing. Architects are invited to submit four copies of an expression of interest, to include a statement of qualifications, experience, and personnel assigned to the project. The outside of the envelope should be clearly marked: “Summers County Board of Education – Statement of Qualification for Architectural ngineering Design Services for the roofing project of the Summers County Comprehensive High School (CTE Building).” The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Statements of Qualifications submitted. Responding firms will be evaluated and ranked in order of their qualifications. Three firms will be short-listed and interviewed. Following the evaluation, the Board of Education will enter contract negotiations with the most highly qualified firm. If the Board of Education is unable to reach agreement with the highest rated firm, the board will then begin negotiation with the second highest rated firm and so forth.
