NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR AUDIT PROPOSALS The Housing Authority of the City of South Charleston will accept proposals for Financial Audit for fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, with an option to extend the agreement annually for fiscal years 2025 and 2026, at the discretion of the Housing Authority. Interested parties can email the Housing Authority at [email protected], to obtain a copy of the audit proposal requirements. The services that are requested will encompass all of the Housing Authority’s programs including but not limited to: Public Housing (121 units), and its Capital Fund Programs.
