ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Wayne County Board of Education invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for Roof Replacement Projects at Vinson Middle School Band Room and Buffalo Curriculum Office Sealed bids will be received at the office of Wayne County Board of Education, 212 North Court Street, Wayne, WV 25570 until 1:00 p.m., local time, on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at the Wayne County Board of Education office, 212 North Court Street, Wayne, WV 25570. Attendance at pre-bid conference is mandatory for contractors only. Bidding Documents can be obtained by emailing Michelle Followay at [email protected] or by calling 304-272-5116 ext. 313. Each bidder must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue prior to the time and date for receipt of bids in order for the bid to be considered. Each bidder’s registration certificate number shall be written in the space provided on the form of proposal. All bidders are required to be licensed to perform work in the State prior to submitting a bid for this project as required by Chapter 21, Article 11, of the Code of West Virginia.
