EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST CITY OF SOUTH CHARLESTON The City of South Charleston is soliciting Expressions of Interest from Architectural firms to provide the following advice, plan reviews, design services, preparation of bidding documents, project management, inspection and coordination, services, permitting, and other professional services to serve as the Architect of Record for the proposed City of South Charleston Health and Wellness Facility. Areas of expertise include but are not limited to: architectural, civil, environmental, geotechnical, and site development. Expressions of interest should state the firm’s experience with completing similar types of projects and qualifications of key personnel described in detail sufficient for evaluation by the selection committee. Selection will be in accordance with Chapter 5-G of the West Virginia Code.
