NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE is hereby given that, by virtue of the authority vested in the undersigned Substitute Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust dated the 23rd day of September, 2023 executed by DAVID KOEHLER to Robert H. Skeen, Jr., trustee, and TLH TD Properties, LLC, Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust recorded in the Clerk of the County Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 4663, at Page 310, under which authority PAUL E.
