INVITATION FOR BIDS The Mingo County Commission, 78 East 2nd Ave, Room 308, Williamson, Mingo County, West Virginia is seeking sealed bids the purchase of 12 Motorola APX6000 Series handheld radios and specified auxiliary equipment. A complete detailed listing of requirements is available via e-mail by contacting Leigh Ann Ray, project manager, at: [email protected] or telephone at (304) 235-0338 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Bids will be accepted by hand delivery to Leigh Ann Ray at her office located on the third floor of the main courthouse, Room 308-B, or by U.S. mail addressed as follows: Nathan Brown, Mingo County Commission president; Attention: Leigh Ann Ray; 78 East Second Ave., Room 308-B, Williamson, WV 25661. Bids will be accepted until 4 p.m. Monday, July 15, 2024. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Mingo County Commission regular meeting session scheduled to begin at 9 a.m., Tuesday, July 26, 2024. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “BIDDER – SHERIFF’S RADIOS.” All bidders will be required to provide of a valid, active West Virginia business license. The Mingo County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities on the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw his er bid within 30 days of after the date of the bid opening. The successful bidder will enter into a contract agreeable to the Mingo County Commission.
