PUBLIC NOTICE ABANDONED MOBILE HOMES The below-referenced mobile homes are on real property belonging to Dalewood MHP LLC and appear to have been abandoned. The homes have been continuously unoccupied for more than 90 days. It is my INTENT TO DECLARE THE HOMES ABANDONED. Any parties providing proof of ownership and payment for delinquent rent torage fees for any of the homes have the right to remove the homes from the location for 30 days. Reasonable access to the homes will be granted for 30 days to allow for removal. A person removing a home is responsible to the real property owner for any damage to the real property resulting from the removal of the home. Once the 30 days have elapsed it is my intent to declare the homes to be abandoned, if they have not been removed, and Dalewood MHP LLC reserves the right to take possession and r destroy the mobile homes. Last known occupant Homer Jones. Lot 180 – 76 ft (not including tongue) single-wide mobile home with white vinyl siding. VIN number unknown. Last known occupant Austin Carte. Lot 237 – 56 ft (not including tongue) single-wide mobile home with green aluminum exterior. VIN number TEN 545228. Last known owner Cleo Christian. Mobile Homes currently at 5232 Walnut Valley Drive, Cross Lanes, WV 25313 Lot 12 – 66 ft (not including tongue) single-wide mobile home with gray and white aluminum exterior. VIN number unknown. Last known occupant Michael Kelley. Lot 15 – 60 ft (not including tongue) single-wide mobile home with white aluminum exterior. VIN number TEN 178681. Last known occupant Melissa Bird. Lot 30 – 66 ft (not including tongue) single-wide mobile home with white aluminum exterior. VIN number TRA 125 338. Last known occupant Shauna Hall Haynes.
