Request for Proposals in Printing and Mailing of Monthly Utility Bills, Disconnection f%] Delinquent Notices and On-Line Bill Services The Huntington Water Quality Board is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for printing, mailing and online services for our customers in both Stormwater & Sanitary in the Huntington area. Qualified providers must show a diverse range of billing options as well as online billing with payments. They must be able to quickly adjust to changes as well as able to put flyers in the with the billing at short notice. Providers must have an excellent track record and have great communication skills with the Huntington Sanitary and Stormwater billing department. The requirements for the proposal are available upon request via email at [email protected]. Providers interested in providing the specified services should1) contact Scott Queen, Associate Director, Huntington Water Quality Board, to request RFP documents and 2) respond with a written proposal to the HWQB by the date specified. The HWQB intends to select the most qualified business to perform the stated objectives in accordance with the policies of the HWQB and the applicable provisions of the West Virginia State Code.
