INVITATION TO BID Contract Invitation To Bid Enclosure For Pickleball Courts For the City of Nitro, WV City of Nitro is soliciting sealed bids from contractors to provide all Work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies, and transportation for an enclosure over the existing pickleball facility, located in the City Park in Nitro, West Virginia. Structure is approximately 120′ x 200′ and the enclosure is designed to facilitate year-round play. All Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Bidding Documents issued by the Architect and the Request for Bids issued by City of Nitro.
