REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) Notice is hereby given that procurement of bicycle and pedestrian location-based activity data and customer support services for the Regional Intergovernmental Council (RIC) Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO). The product and services will include, but may not be limited to: Utilize advanced analytics to measure bike-ped activity within the Kanawha-Putnam region. Process location data from connected devices and IoT sources to provide comprehensive insights. Provide access to a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for detailed, on-demand analysis of bike-ped travel patterns. Deliver historical and real-time data visualizations and insights. Offer self-paced training resources and customer support to ensure effective utilization of the platform. Provide an online dashboard for monitoring usage and analysis frequency by authorized users. Additional Information The maximum total dollar amount awarded under this effort shall not exceed $45,000.
