NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated June 30, 2020 from Teresa Lynn Evans and Thomas L. Evans to Marc B. Lazenby, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 4443, at page 690, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $103,623.49, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Kanawha County Courthouse in Charleston, West Virginia, on July 12, 2024 at 9:15 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all the following described parcel or real estate, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Malden District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: A certain tract or parcel of land, the same lying and situate on both sides of the Cline Branch of Campbells Creek in Malden District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, the same a portion of the Wm. T. McCormick and Janice Mary Lee McCormick, his wife, by deed bearing date the 14th day of March, 1968, and of record in Deed Book 1518 Page 558.
