Demolition, cleanup of debris, proper disposal, and sloping eveling and seeding of the area should be included in the cost. Envelopes should be clearly marked “Demolition Bid” and are due at Montgomery City Hall, 321 4th Avenue, Montgomery, WV 25136 by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6, 2024. Bids will be opened on August 6, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the council meeting. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
