PUBLIC HEARING The St. Albans Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2024 at 7:00pm in MUC Conference room located at 1499 MacCorkle Avenue St. Albans concerning the following: Petition submitted by Charles Oliver, to exchange properties with the City of St. Albans by abandonment and deed transfer. Lots 31 and 32 in Block E of Holley Addition for Lot 10 and part of Lot 9 in Block H of Holley Addition.
