Belcher A minor under the age of 18 Years ORDER OF PUBLICATION THIS IS A PUBLICATION BY CLASS II LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT TO THE RESPONDENT, AUSTIN LEE GIBSON: THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS TO OBTAIN AN ORDER OF ADOPTION OF THE CHILD NAMED BELOW AND MAY RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS IN REGARD TO SAID CHILD. IF YOU FAIL TO APPEAR AND DEFEND SAID PARENTAL RIGHTS WITHIN THE REQUIRED TIME, YOU MAY NOT APPEAR AT OR RECEIVE FURTHER NOTICE OF THESE ADOPTION PROCEEDINGS. A verified Petition for Step-Parent Adoption has been filed in the Circuit Court of Boone County, West Virginia praying that Patrick A. be permitted to adopt the minor child, P. R. Belcher (DOB: April 5, 2016). It appearing to the Court that the child is a proper subject for adoption, it is therefore ORDERED and DECREED that the matter shall be brought for hearing before The Honorable Stacy Nowicki-Eldridge, of the Circuit Court of Boone County, at the Boone County Courthouse, 200 State Street, Madison, Boone County, West Virginia at 11:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, on the 18th day of July, 2024, at which time the Petitioners and any witnesses shall be examined under oath. You may appear at the aforesaid time and place to defend your interests. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s Office.
