NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (RFEOI) TO PROVIDE ARCHITECTS SERVICE FOR THE TOWN OF POCA NEW PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING PROJECT Pursuant to WV Code 5G-1-4, the Town of Poca is seeking Expressions from qualified design professionals to provide design services including preliminary and final design services. R services, construction administration, and construction observation services for a public safety building project that encompasses within the town corporation limits. A copy of a valid “Certificate of Authorization” to offer Architect’s, or other related services within the state, issued by the appropriate West Virginia Board included in the RFEOI.
