AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE NOTICE OF APPLICATION Notice is given that PureTech Scientific, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for an R13 Class II Administrative Update to combine our existing R13 permits (R13-1534D and R13-0914B), and emissions increases for our Glycolic Acid manufacturing facility. Our facility is located at 901 W. DuPont Avenue, Belle, West Virginia, in Kanawha County. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.241116, -81.549441 The applicant estimates the potential increases to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Nitrogen Oxides (NOx): 2.04 tpy Carbon Monoxide (CO): 11.95 tpy Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC): 20.12 tpy Sulfur Dioxide (SO2): 0.01 tpy Particulate Matter (PM10): 0.07 tpy Particulate Matter (PM2.5): 0.07 tpy Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
