Prospective Bidders are advised that the contracts awarded under this bid are to be funded in whole or in part by Greenbrier and Fayette County Commissions and the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection – Office of Abandoned Mine Lands Economic Revitalization (AMLER) Program. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President’s Executive Order No. 11246 and “HUD Section 109”, which prohibits discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin.
