THE CITY OF NITRO SEEKS PROPOSALS FOR EXECUTIVE OFFICE FURNITURE The City of Nitro is inviting qualified vendors to submit proposals for the purchase of high-quality, wood-crafted executive office furniture. The preferred furniture proposal would include, at minimum, one JSI Finale Series U-Desk desk (42″x72″), Credenza (24″x72″), Bookshelf (72″), File Cabinet (24″d x 36″w x 30″h), round table (36″) and 4 wooden guest accent chairs. Vendors must ensure that the furniture meets the specified design, durability, and aesthetic requirements. Colors and finishes will be determined at the time of order. Interested vendors can submit proposals to the City Recorder by August 5, 2024 at 4:00pm.
