NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned Campbell Woods, PLLC, Substitute Trustee by Notice of Substitution of Trustee which notice is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Commission of Kanawha County West Virginia, and by Deed of Trust dated May 1, 2008, executed by Richard A. Risk as Trustee on behalf of Adele L. Risk Family Trust to Anthony Marks and Randall S. Coleman, Trustees, which deed of trust is of record in said Clerk’s Office, in Trust Deed Book 3565 at Page 178, the undersigned Substitute Trustee has been requested, in writing, by the beneficiary of said deed of trust to sell the real estate described below, as there has been a default under the terms and conditions of said deed of trust. Therefore, the undersigned Substitute Trustee together with Joe R. One (1), Two (2) , Three (4), Four 4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7) and part of Lot 8) as shown upon a Revised Map of Kanawha Cit, dated June 1, 1922, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Map Book 2, at pages 148 and 149. TERMS OF SALE 1. The successful bidder (“Purchaser”) shall pay a Ten Percent (10%) nonrefundable down payment payable to the Trustee at the conclusion of the auction with balance due at closing by certified or cashier’s check.
