NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Historic Landmarks Commission of the City of Charleston, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 15, 2024, in the Conference Room at the City Service Center located at 915 Quarrier Street, Charleston, WV, on the following: COA-24-0236: Application of Mountaineer Glass on behalf of Patriot Service Group requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness in order to replace entrance doors on the apartment building located at 24 Bradford Street. COA-24-0237: Application of Mountaineer Glass on behalf of Patriot Service Group requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness in order to replace entrance doors on the apartment building located at 1331 Virginia Street, East. COA-24-0238: Application of Mountaineer Glass on behalf of Patriot Service Group requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness in order to replace entrance doors on the apartment building located at 1420 Virginia Street, East.
