Notice is hereby given to Raymond Nathanton Wise that if he objects to the granting of said Petition he may do so by filing an objection in writing with the clerk in the above-styled manner, or by appearing at the final hearing to be held at the Cabell County Courthouse, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701 on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. before the Honorable Sean K. Hammers, Circuit Court Judge of Cabell County, West Virginia. You are further advised that if an answer or appearance is not made by you at said hearing, thereafter judgment upon proper hearing and trial may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition, i.e. legal adoption of the minor child.
