The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.4238DEGREES , -81.8422DEGREES . The applicant estimates the Increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Particulate Matter (PM) – 8.19 tons per year (tpy), PM10 – 5.19 tpy, PM2.5 – 5.19 tpy. Startup of operation is planned to begin after the issuance of the modified air quality permit.
