Invitation to Bid #2024-08-03 Installation and Removal of Holiday Decorations The City of Huntington is seeking an outside vendor to install the city’s holiday decorations at the Marshall Health Network Arena and at Pullman Square. The vendor usiness must have or be willing to obtain a West Virginia business license as well as a City of Huntington business license. The business will need to transport the decorations from the city’s storage location and install them at the listed locations by an agreed upon date. Any maintenance due to basic wear and tear to the decorations as well as replacing any burned out light bulbs shall also be performed. Any additional cost for this work shall be negotiated at the time of performance. The business will then need to return and remove the decorations after the holidays, properly package and label the decorations to ensure that they are not damaged during storage and return them to the city’s storage. Base overview of approximate locations where the decorations are to be displayed as well as a list of the decorations can be found below. Final placement of the decorations will be determined prior to installation by city staff and the installer.
