NOTICE REQUEST FOR BIDS Marshall University will accept Requests for Bids from qualified bidders for moving services until 3:00pm on July 17, 2019. At that time, Bids will be opened and read aloud in Room #125 Old Main Building, Marshall University, Huntington, WV. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 10:00 am in Room 102 located at the Robert W. Coon Education Building 1542 Spring Valley Drive Huntington, WV 25704. Attendance is mandatory for all Bidders. Bidders must attend to familiarize themselves with the project location, items to be moved, and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend, their Bid will be disqualified.
