Village of Barboursville is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: HIGHLAND PARK STORM DRAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Village of Barboursville Recorder’s Office located at 721 Central Avenue, until Friday, October 11, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: 583 Lineal Feet of 24-inch HDPE pipe, 127 Lineal Feet of 18-inch HDPE pipe, 377 Lineal Feet of 15-inch HDPE pipe, 17 WVDOH Type G Inlets with Type I Grates, and Driveway Repair, Mobilization, Construction Layout, and Traffic Control which are Lump Sum Items. All other associated work is incidental to the cost of the project Obtaining the Bidding Documents Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be obtained from the Village Recorder’s Office between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, except holidays at 721 Central Avenue. The Documents will be available as paper copies or pdf format. The recorder will tabulate and update as needed all plan holders. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Village of Barboursville, Office of the Recorder 721 Central Avenue, Barboursville, WV 25504 Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 3:30 P.M., and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday October 1, 2024 at 10:00 A.M at the Village of Barboursville Community Center located adjacent to City Hall, 721 Central Avenue, Barboursville, WV 25504. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. The Village of Barboursville reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Instructions to Bidders.
