ALBANS ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING The City of St. Albans Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the conference room of the Municipal Facilities Building at 1499 MacCorkle Avenue, St. Albans, WV. Current zoning code, 1333.03 (1), (2), accessory structures are only permitted in the rear yard.
