INVITATION TO BID WOLFE HOLDINGS LLC ACADEMY OF ARTS AT JANUARY’S Wolfe Holdings LLC is requesting bids for replacement of the roof at the Academy of Arts at January’s building, 615 Tennessee Avenue in Charleston, West Virginia. The project completion date is no later than March 31, 2025 and will be reviewed by the West Virginia State Historic Preservation Office. Contractor will be selected based upon (1) cost, (2) experience with similar historic preservation projects, and (3) proven ability to complete a project. The contractor must carry out the described work in compliance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.
