INVITATION FOR BIDS The HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ST. ALBANS, St. Albans, West Virginia will receive sealed bids at its Administrative Offices at 650 Sixth Street, for the ROOF and WINDOW REPLACEMENT AT AMANDAVILLE APARTMENTS PROJECT until 2:00 PM EST on the 24th day of October, 2024, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work consists of replacement of roof and windows and all associated work as shown on the drawings for a complete system. Contractors must have 5 years’ experience in the work being performed. The scope and details of the proposed work will be covered. Attendance and site visitation are mandatory. Site visitation will be conducted immediately after the prebid meeting. Housing Authority of the City of St. Albans reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
