Said Amended Petition for Condemnation ight of Entry under the West Virginia laws of eminent domain seeks property for the construction of electrical transmission, distribution, and communication lines and appurtenant equipment and fixtures, and condemnation and right of entry on behalf of AEP West Virginia Transmission Company, Inc. situate in the District of Harts Creek, Lincoln County, West Virginia, identified as Tax Map 19, Parcel 28.2, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Lincoln County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 245, at page 211, and being more specifically bounded and described as follows: 6 AC ABBOTTS BRANCH HARTS CREEK Beginning at the mouth of Abbots Branch at the intersection with the old county road; thence up the hollow to two big rocks; thence turning right and running to a rock at the edge of the main road; thence following the main public road to a hickory tree; thence down the hollow to two rocks in the hollow; thence continuing to a point on the old county road to an oak tree; thence straight down the hill to two rocks in the hollow; thence continuing down the hill to a hickory at the old county road; thence following the line of the old county road to the place of beginning, containing six (6) acres more or less. The aforementioned respondents are hereby notified a copy of said Amended Petition for Condemnation ight of Entry may be obtained from the Lincoln County Circuit Clerk’s office at 8000 Court Avenue, Hamlin, West Virginia, 25523, for the purposes of appearing and defending. The aforementioned respondents are further notified that a hearing on the said Amended Petition for Condemnation ight of Entry will occur on October 25, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., in the Circuit Court of Lincoln County, West Virginia, located at 8000 Court Avenue, Hamlin, West Virginia, 25523, before the Honorable Jay M. Hoke. You may appear for hearing as stated above, and are notified that any failure to appear may result in the waiver of any defenses or claims, if any, you may have.
