INVITATION TO BID BOONE MADISON PUBLIC LIBRARY Boone Madison Public Library is requesting bids for the replacement of 6 large historic arch top windows, 2 small arch top windows, and two square windows at 375 Main Street, Madison, WV 25130. The building is part of the National Register of Historic Places. Contractor will be selected based upon (1) cost, (2) experience with similar historic preservation projects, and (3) proven ability to complete a project. The Contractor must carry out the described work in compliance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation. Mailed, delivered, or emailed submittals will be accepted. Partial fund for this project are through the West Virginia Library Commission.
