ORDER OF PUBLICATION To the above-named defendants, Michelle Lynn Kelly and Michael Hamrick, who on or about the 3rd day of September 2019, proximately caused or proximately contributed to the Plaintiff’s personal injury and other damages at the intersection of Third Avenue and 29th Street in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia. It is hereby ORDERED that the defendants, Michelle Lynn Kelly and Michael Hamrick, serve upon Wendle D. Cook, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 190, Madison, West Virginia 25130, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he may have to the Summons and Complaint filed in this action on or before November 9, 2024. In the event they fail to do so, thereafter, judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against them for the relief demanded in the Complaint. The object of this suit is to obtain a money judgment in an amount which exceeds the jurisdictional minimum, prejudgment interest, post judgment interest, costs, expenses, and other relief which the court may deem proper. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at the Cabell County Courthouse, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701.
