Notice of Invitation of Bids Sealed demo bids are invited for: 1174 South Main St. Milton, WV 25541 Scope: 1174 South Main Street: the structure is approximately 3150 Sq Ft wood framed brick veneer. There is also an accessory structure to be demolished located behind the main structure. Includes demolition of structures and block foundations, debris removal, stubbing sewer and water, and spreading straw. The work must commence within ten (10) days after Notice to Proceed. Completion is required thirty (30) days from start of demo. Asbestos abatement is required. All bids must be submitted by a licensed contractor according to WV Code 30-42-2. For just cause, the City of Milton reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive informalities.
