Thalman, Esq., and the law firm of Phillips, Gardill, Kaiser & Altmeyer, PLLC, filed its Affidavit Pursuant to W.Va. R. Civ. P. 4(e)(1) requesting an Order of Publication against Defendant Jason R. The object of the pending suit is the collection of certain monies owed to Wesbanco Bank, Inc. by Jason R. Wells, by virtue of a Retail Installment Contract and Security Agreement between Jason R.
