INVITATION TO BID The City of Nitro is requesting sealed bids for the printing and labeling of 3,500 copies of our 2025 calendar. It consists of 32 pages (16 front & back), size 8.5″ x 11″ with clear tone, colored photographs and one hole punched in the bottom middle for display purposes. Sealed bids will be accepted until Monday, Nov. 18th at 3:00pm via email to [email protected], USPS mail to Rich Hively, Recorder, PO Box 308, Nitro, WV 25143, or by hand delivery to Nitro City Hall, 2009 20th St., Nitro, WV 25143 (Hours 8:00am – 4:00pm) Monday thru Friday. Bids must be received no later than Monday, Nov. 18th at 3:00pm. Bids will be opened at the Nitro City Council meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 19th at 7:00pm.
