The Bidding will then be closed, and the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All Bidders are invited to attend. The CSB will consider incomplete any Bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions herein outlined and may reject any or all Bids. Any Bid may be withdrawn by the Bidder prior to the scheduled time for the opening of Bids or authorized postponement thereof provided the Bidder’s written request for withdrawal is delivered to the CSB before the Bids are opened.
