NOTICE TO BIDDERS / INVITATION TO BID The CMI2 invites proposals to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, materials, equipment supplies and transportation for the new Adaptive Experimentation Force (AEF) – Water and Sanitary Sewer System at Lizemore, WV. The project scope includes con-struction of water distribution, sewage collection, a 50,000 gallon water tank and a 30,000 gallon sewage Treatment plants. The project is to be bid as 3 separate packages. The prospective bidder may bid any or all of the packages. Sealed bids will be received by CMI2 until 2:00 PM on December 5, 2024. The bids are to be delivered to: Richard A Colebank Alpha Associates, Incorporated 209 Prairie Avenue Morgantown, WV 26501 The bids will be opened publicly immediately after bid closing. A Prebid Meeting is scheduled for: Time: 10:00 AM Date: Thursday, November 21, 2024 Place: Project Site: 13922 Hwy 16, Lizemore, WV 25125 ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY, FOR ALL PROSPECTIVE GENERAL CONTRACTORS; optional for interested sub-bidders and material suppliers. All bidders should attend Meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project conditions and other relevant information. After the review of the documents, written questions only will be addressed by adden-dum. Any contractor submitting a Bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowl-edges that he/she has a contractor’s license and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the State of West Virginia and subdivision in which the work is to be per-formed.
